Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

We are happy to welcome you to our quiet, spacious studio guest suite! Our guest suite is on the ground level of our split-level mid-century modern home with a private side entrance. The bedroom is spacious and includes a comfortable pillow-top queen bed. The luxury bathroom has a large, glass-enclosed shower with a rain shower head, two vanities, and a walk-in closet. Inside the walk-in closet, we've also curated a coffee & tea station with a mini fridge and a cold/hot water dispenser.

Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

Our jewel-box studio has been designed with upmost attention to details to serve as a petite retreat after a long day of sightseeing or work in the Bay Area. It's conveniently located only a few blocks away from Lake Merritt and with very easy access to SF. It is located in a quite street were you'll be able to rest and restore your energy for the next day.

This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. We are a very friendly family and look forward to hosting you!
