Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. Steps from the beach with breathtaking views, this beautifully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 5-6. Choose a short walk to the pool (seasonal) or simply relax on the private balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Two-bedroom/two-bath second-row condo located 150 ft from the beach access. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family. This is probably the best value on the island given its location. Clean, affordable, and just steps from the ocean! Weekly rentals only, June - Aug, arrival & departure on Sat only, no exceptions. Off-Season Weekly Rates - Fall & Spring: $750 per week, Winter: $625 per week. Monthly Rates: Dec - Feb: $1875 per month, send a message for adjusted pricing.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
