Old beach bungalow built in 1940 with cool vibes On the beach 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a full bed 5 minute walk to O'side's downtown stores, restaurants, movies, bars.... Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Oceanside is close to lots... ~35 min drive to San Diego, The Zoo, Sea World, Mission Bay, Balboa Park, UCSD, San Diego Airport ~50 min drive to the international border ~50 min drive to Disneyland ~90 min drive to Los Angeles and Hollywood The bungalow is located within walking distance from the Oceanside train station. Parking is available on Pacific St. Access to the house on Pacific St. is through a green wooden gate (pictured). The Bungalow is on the 2nd floor and is not wheelchair accessible

The Seaview Sunset is a cute, stylish, and clean apartment located in the heart of the neighborhood known by locals as South O. Our sea-side neighborhood is Oceanside’s most beloved area due to it’s relaxing and laid back vibe and it’s countless local restaurants, breweries, and cafes, many of which are within walking distance of our apartment. Come stay at the Seaview Sunset and enjoy the beach, amazing weather, beautiful sunsets from our private deck, local foods and drinks, and much more!

South O — Steps to Surf, Boutiques & Local Flavor

Mornings in South Oceanside start with locally roasted coffee, as surfers paddle out & the neighborhood comes to life. By afternoon, the streets hum with locals biking to the beach, sun seekers staking their spot on the sand, & the scent of tacos, pizza & fresh seafood drifting from neighborhood favorites nearby. As the sun dips low, beach walks & sunset surf sessions give way to easy nights with good food, good company & a cold craft beer in hand, all wrapped in South O’s effortless energy.

Two Masters Suites, Walk to Beach, garage, bikes

This highly upgraded 1400 sqft unit, is 8-min walk to beach/restaurants.  2-master suites, A/C, full kitchen, pivate double garage/patio , 4-bch bikes/chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. .  Height chair, pack/play on request.   Queen bed in one master, and two queens in the second. FYI, fireplaces are turned off due to safty issues with past renters. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.

Walking distance to the beach, quaint downtown Carlsbad, and much much more. 10 minute drive from the Carlsbad Airport (CLD). This modern residence highlights a full kitchen and laundry. The apartment comfortably sleeps four with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a full sized sofa bed in the family room. The home features streaming TV with DVD and WIFI.
