Old beach bungalow built in 1940 with cool vibes On the beach 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a full bed 5 minute walk to O'side's downtown stores, restaurants, movies, bars.... Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Oceanside is close to lots... ~35 min drive to San Diego, The Zoo, Sea World, Mission Bay, Balboa Park, UCSD, San Diego Airport ~50 min drive to the international border ~50 min drive to Disneyland ~90 min drive to Los Angeles and Hollywood The bungalow is located within walking distance from the Oceanside train station. Parking is available on Pacific St. Access to the house on Pacific St. is through a green wooden gate (pictured). The Bungalow is on the 2nd floor and is not wheelchair accessible

Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Patio on the Pacific has beautiful ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. On a nice day in Oceanside, you can enjoy the sailboats going by on the Pacific from the couch! To relax and recharge, use the buildings pools and spas or enjoy the 5 min walk to the beach + strand. Enjoy working here with 200mbps Internet and a dedicated desk in the bedroom. Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.
