Ocean View House (T2, bbq, 100m to the beach)

You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

Moradia recente com 131 m2, inserida num Lote de 308 m2 e com capacidade para 6 pessoas. Situa-se a 10 minutos a pé do centro da vila de Porto Covo e 15 minutos da praia. Dispõe de 2 quartos cada um com duas camas individuais, 1 quarto com cama de casal, piscina própria, barbecue e estacionamento para 1 carro. Só serão aceites estadias com um mínimo de 2 noites. Nos meses de verão, só serão aceites reservas com um mínimo de 6 noites, com check-in ao domingo e check-out ao sábado.

A Casita tem um quarto pequeno com WC e duche e uma sala com um sofá com kitchenette totalmente equipada. No exterior existe uma área privada com barbecue e uma piscina(partilhada). To the west you can enjoy the Alentejo coast, and to the south the Algarve where we find the most magnificent beaches.
