Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

西阿尔加维CASA FEE

Unser Ferienhaus CASA FEE verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler vorhanden), Flat–TV mit DVD Player, Doppelbett (1,60 m) sowie einem Einzelbett (1 m x 2 m) auf einer kleinen Empore. Ein weiteres, schmaleres Bett (0,8 m x 2 m) stünde für ein Kind zur Verfügung. Unser Häuschen liegt ganz ruhig am sonnigen Waldrand außerhalb des Dorfes Pedralva ( fußläufig gibt es ein sehr leckerers Restaurant, eine Pizzeria, ein Cafe mit abendlichem Barbetrieb).

No 4º andar (com elevador) com vista mar. Acesso à Wi.Fi e Tv, tem cozinha equipada com máquina de lavar loiça e roupa, máquina de café, torradeira, micro ondas, placa de vitrocerâmica e forno. O quarto compõe-se por duas camas de solteiro convertíveis em cama de casal e ar condicionado. No exterior tem piscina privada e garagem.

O apartamento está localizado a 3 minutos a pé do centro histórico de Lagos, numa zona calma e com facilidade de estacionamento. As praias mais próximas encontram-se a uma caminhada de 10/15 minutos, ou 5 minutos de carro, e o aeroporto de Faro encontra-se a 55 minutos da propriedade.

You can also reach the beach easily by foot, 15 minute walk. This stylish unit is perfect for relaxing as it has a south-facing balcony with all day sun exposure where you can sunbathe & refresh yourself with the tropical shower. From the bedroom there is a little balcony with a partial seaview.

Se procura uma casa próximo da praia e da fantástica cidade de Lagos , a Casa Judite de certeza que lhe vai agradar. Cerca de 15 minutos a pé da meia praia, e 15 a 30minutos do centro da cidade. Com uma vista sobre o mar fantástica, um espaço onde reina a tranquilidade. Para quem aprecia umas ferias tranquilas ,esta é uma excelente opção. Uma casa tipicamente algarvia. Com um espaço exterior fantástico . Poderá sempre utilizar a nossa piscina e apreciar de uma vista magnifica da Meia Praia.

No conforto da sua casa tem excelente vista sobre a baía e a cidade velha de Lagos, situada junto á muralha. Internet e TV cabo grátis, cozinha toda equipada com máquina de lavar roupa e loiça, torradeira e micro-ondas, existe duas entradas, uma principal e outra pela cozinha.
