La casa, posizionata di fronte all'isolotto di Ognina, è suddivisa in tre appartamenti: "Ibisco", situato al piano terra, è stato appena ristrutturato (2023) e gode di un ampio portico che affaccia su una porzione di giardino ad uso esclusivo. Al primo piano si trova l'appartamento "Veliero". Nell'appartamento al secondo piano, con accesso separato, viviamo noi (i custodi) con due fedeli guardiani a quattro zampe e siamo a disposizione per garantire un soggiorno confortevole e sicuro.
