The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

This charming cottage is just a few minute walk to the Footbridge and Ogunquit beach and close to many popular restaurants and bars. The bedroom has a queen size bed , tiled bathroom, cozy living area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. This tiny house is one of 21 cottages built in 1920. The back of the cottage is a rolling meadow and woods. It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. Check out the Nubble Lighthouse, shop the outlets in Kittery or walk around Portsmouth NH. This tiny cabin is convenient to so much. Come rejuvenate!
