Art Studio at Turtle Hill, 5-Acre Oasis Near City

The Art Studio at Turtle Hill is located in Dayton, Ky, 2.2 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The studio is situated on 5 acres overlooking the Ohio River. The main house has a heated enclosed pool that is available to guests, a fire pit and pond. The studio has a full laundry, full kitchen and 4 off-street parking spots. The main bedroom (one queen) is on the first floor and the second bedroom (2 twins) is a loft. No cleaning fee. The studio is not suitable for children under 12. No pets please.

This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

The Little Green Guest House

We picked the perfect location for exploring New River Gorge! We actually live here and LOVE it. Over the last 2 years, we completely rebuilt this Little Guest House from the ground up while exploring and putting together the local's ultimate guidebook of the area. Our goal was to make a cozy and cute cottage to highlight why we love WV so much. The dining table top is even made of wood from Shelby County’s own Bulleit Distilling Company.
