Villa Roza -luxury and comfortable

Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
