The apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, an air condition, a balcony and/or patio with sea and pool views. Villa also includes a BBQ and outdoor pool with jacuzzi. The apartment of 49 m2 is fully equipped provides a comfortable short or long stay, and Wi-Fi (32Mbps) . The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by Mediterranean plants. A pleasant walk through the park takes you, for only 10-12 minutes, to the city center. Bacvice beach is 100 meters away . Accommodation in our apartment gives you the feeling of staying in your own home.

This year we changing it's exterior, large svimming pool (8m x4m) in a front of Villa, started to works in April 2019.
