Der Schlaf-Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Boxspringbett, Kleiderschrank, Sessel und einen 55 Zoll TV.Das moderne Bad ist gleich nebenan. Der Esszimmerbereich bietet eine Küchenzeile. Ein eigener Parkplatz für Euch ist direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Grundstück. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Bikes ist im Carport möglich.

Dům může sloužit jako ideální základna pro nadšence horolezectví, turistiky nebo cykloturistiky. Rozsáhlá přilehlá louka je na podzim a v zimě oblíbeným místem pro příznivce kitingu - ať už s tříkolkou nebo lyžemi. V létě možnost koupání v nedalekém rybníce.

Welcome to this lovely flat in the middle of the green heart close to Dresden. You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Ihr werdet unsere Unterkunft lieben wegen des schönen Interieurs und weil ihr das Haus für euch alleine habt. Ideal für Paare, Singles, Freunde, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern. Vor allem am Wochenende ist es sehr ruhig. Es ist ein idealer Ort um auszuspannen aber auch günstig gelegen um verschiedene Highlights von Sachsen zu besuchen.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

Frühstück ist gegen Aufpreis auf Anfrage möglich. Traumhafte Aussichten aus Euren Zimmern. Im Garten schöner Sitzplatz/Raucherplatz, z.T. überdacht. Spielplatz, Bäcker, Fleischer und Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe. Gern mit Hund. Parken? Natürlich auf unserem Grundstück.

U nás najdete kompletní zázemí pro dlouhodobou zimní/letní dovolenou nebo jen pro víkendový pobyt s přáteli či rodinou. V zimním období k chalupě nedojedeš, auto musíš nechat zaparkované na 300 m vzdáleném parkovišti.
