Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Ce logement unique est proche de tous les sites et commodités. Tramway Opéra à 150 m, accès à la plage à 300 m avec la célèbre promenade des Anglais. La place Rossetti , icône du vieux Nice est à 30 m. Les belles places Garibaldi et Masséna à 220 m. Le beau quartier de la place du pin est à 400 m. Tramway du château à 220 m pour les chanceux arrivant directement de l'aéroport via la ligne 2. Pour les autres chanceux arrivant à la gare via ligne 1 arrêt Opéra. Parking Acropolis 250m.

Nice - Old town, Design apartment

This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine. In short: Scandinavian "hygge" meets french "joie de vivre."

A secret gem perched on the highest Old Town building ON A STEEP HILL WITHOUT A LIFT a few minutes from Cours Saleya, Place Massena and the sea. Bright and full of light. A large, sun-drenched balcony with the most amazing sea and city views. Perfect as a romantic hideaway, or a creative retreat, or simply for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. DO NOT book if you have mobility issues or health issues or you are not reasonably fit!!
