Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Located in the "Ponchettes" it dates back to the 18th century but has been tastefully upgraded.
