The Lower Village Lofts *North* is a newly renovated large studio apartment located in the heart of the action - just steps from Dock Square (downtown Kennebunkport) and 1/2 mile to the beach! This unit features a brand new fully equipped kitchen, all new designer and higher end furnishings, and a custom built-in room divider complete with an electric fireplace, armoire, and 50" smart TV. The views of Old Orchard Beach and beyond are spectacular from the private deck. And the beach is a just few steps from your door. This five room- 2 bedroom unit has everything you need. A short, easy walk to the Pier, Palace Playland and all the hubbub, yet just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet on beautiful, seaside Camp Comfort Ave. Head in the other direction for a short walk to Ocean Park. NOTE - Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum number of guests is 4. Stairs are steep.

This unit is a 1-2 min. walk to a pristine Maine beach. There is yard space to relax in and your own picnic table and grill to use. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the home feels comfortable and cozy. Full washer/dryer included. Parking on the premise available for 2 vehicles. 1 Queen size bed and 2 twin beds in the large bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in living room. Excellent WIFI provided. There is also a porch with a comfortable sofa. Total apt. size is 950 square ft.

We decorated with a Bohemian Treehouse style. Perfect size for a single person or couple. We brought some of our most cherished art and plants from our own home. Enjoy!
