This four bedroom 1.5 bath home on historic Springs Island in Saco has both the charm and amenities that you need for your next vacation. Stay in this restored new englander on the Saco River in Biddeford where you can enjoy the water at home or you are just a short drive to the many of the most traversed beaches in Maine. You are also within walking distance to thriving downtown Biddeford, its mill district, and all of its restaurants and shops. Guests get access to a private gym as well.

Pine Point Beach Home

Private, quiet and peaceful. Located on a private street just 100 feet from a path to Beautiful Pine Point Beach. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has all the amenities for a perfect getaway. There are 3 living rooms, each bedrooms has a double bed, plus a trundle bed in the upstairs living area and a sofa bed in the front living room. Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and linens/towels are provided. Enjoy morning coffee in the enclosed porch with an ocean view or grill out in the private backyard patio.

The Blue Pearl Luxury Beach House has Ocean views from every room. The magnificent Atlantic Ocean is less than 10 steps from the front door. We've been told our home feels like "walking into the pages of a coastal living magazine"! Calming colors and Drift wood decor throughout. New modern upscale furnishings.
