The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

Domicilechania - 威尼斯公寓

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Two traditional restaurants are located in the aera near our apartment where you can taste the local products of our place. Concluding, access to the beautiful organized beach of "Afrata" is provided by car, or hiking through a small gorge.

Η πόλη των Χανίων απέχει 5 λεπτά, το λιμάνι της Σούδας 10 λεπτά, το αεροδρόμιο των Χανίων 20 λεπτά και η παραλία σε 7 λεπτά.
