The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

Appartement l'Arcobaleno

L'appartement fait partie de l'annexe érigée en 1950 au chalet paternel. Ce chalet a été construit en 1850 par mon arrière-grand-père, mes grands-parents y ont vécus et mon papa et sa soeur y sont nés. L'appartement a été rénové de peu, il est meublé simplement et fonctionnellement. Devant le chalet, il y a un terrain gazonné, qui a été longtemps le potager et la seule source de revenu pour ma grand-maman devenue veuve prématurément.

Appartement de 80m2 avec cachet dans une maison historique du XVIIème siècle. Idéal pour 3 personnes mais possibilité de loger jusqu'à 5 personnes. Dans le magnifique village de St-Saphorin au coeur de Lavaux patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Deux plages se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied et toutes les beautés de l'arc lémanique sont à portée de main. On the ground floor a furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps, located due south, on the edge of the forest, very quiet.
