It's a well lit apartment mainly because of a very wide window. It's within 200 meters from the sea and right by the football and basketball stadium. All of the restaurants are within walking distance and also it is accessible to people with special needs and disabilities. (the bathroom has special handles to help with stability), it is also on the ground floor and is cool because of the shade the trees in the garden provide.

A large studio that benefits from high ceilings, fireplace, a full- fitted kitchen, and WC with shower. It has a double bed and 2 build-in sofas that turn into beds. It's a beautiful house right across the sea (the distance to the sea is less than 50 meters!!!), but it has a rear view to the garden, where guests have their own patio. There is a kitchen with everything needed to prepare your own meal. The house is just refurbished, so almost everything (kitchen equipment etc.) is brand new .
