Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Have Fun!!

This cozy Tahoe City cabin is positioned to access all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer. It comes with access to the private Lake Tahoe Park Association 1.5 mi away with exclusive beach access & amenities (bocce & volleyball courts, playground). 6 mi to Homewood and 10.5 mi to Palisades. Large deck with a view. Just a block from Paige Meadows, access to Tahoe Rim & Pacific Crest Trail, a nature lover’s dream. Less than 2mi to the local favorites-West Shore Market, Sunnyside, & Fire Sign Cafe.

Gas fireplace, mini bar, surround sound, beautiful furnishings, and peeks of the lake make this cabin a true Tahoe gem! Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.

Equipped with a queen bed and comfy couch there is plenty of room to relax after a big day in Tahoe. During the summer enjoy meals or relaxing outside on your private deck with shade garden. During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.
