Summer amenities include bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and outdoor games. A resort fee of $35.00/night is included in the total price shown on Airbnb. This is a very comfortable four bedroom four bath mountain chalet. The home has recently been remodeled and the bathrooms are a definite highlight. It has a very functional kitchen with commercial gas range, and dishwasher. There is a cozy wood burning fireplace. Exterior gas grill. Covered Hot tub area, and plenty of parking. Although there is a garage, it is reserved for the owners use. A Placer County tax of 12% is applied and is payable above and beyond all Airbnb charges.
