Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Maximum 2 guests - No guests under the age of 12. A peaceful guest cottage located on the outskirts of Omaha and set on 2 acres that is shared by the owner’s 100 year old farmhouse and barn, you will relax and recharge at this charming cottage. The cottage is located down a short gravel lane shared by the owners. When it rains expect to walk through puddles. In the winter, if we have a heavy snow expect our shovels as soon as the day starts!

Access to the lake for enjoyment including a boat and canoe (waiver required). We are in the country, but only minutes from Council Bluffs, Downtown or West Omaha. Whether you are looking for a weekend-get-away, the College World Series, Berkshire Hathaway Week, NCAA B-Ball, Olympic Trials, or work we have one of the best locations around for relaxing.

It's just a short walk to downtown Benson and about a 10 minute drive to popular districts like Downtown, CWS, Zoo, Blackstone, Dundee & the airport. The home features a queen sized bed and a massive en suite rainfall shower with multiple shower heads. There is a play-sets and enjoy the security of a 6-foot privacy fence. We are just outside Offutt’s back gate. Within 20 minutes to Henry Doorly Zoo, Charles Schwab & Werner Park ball fields.
