Very close to I29 and I80, Iowa West Field House/Sports Plex, Iowa Western, Creighton, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, Old Market, CHI Center, and so much more.

Large Lake House - Multiple Outdoor Spaces & Boat

This is a large house with 3 bedrooms located in a quiet neighborhood in Omaha. The first bedroom sleeps 2 people and has an upstairs loft that can also sleep 2 people; this room has full bathroom. Then you enter the living room space with dining room and private atrium outdoor space. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed located in the loft above. There is a full bathroom on the main floor used for guest to share. Downstairs there is living area and bed/bath.

** Summer 2025 dates are now open** The sprawling property includes a forested area with large fire pit, a spring fed creek that runs through the property and leads to a cove in a private lake. The home overlooks a large beach with a dock and water slide. The lower level includes a massive patio and indoor/outdoor game room with tons of arcade games. The main level of the home has a massive deck with multiple dining areas. The interior is newly updated, cozy and bright.
