Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Novouređeni apartman u malom mjestu iznad Lovrana udaljen samo 5 km od centra, plaža i šetnice Lungomare. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena za kuhanje,a svako ćete jutro moći uživati i u kavi iz modernog Phillips aparata na velikoj vanjskoj terasi ili balkonu s pogledom na more.Sve sobe su opremljene kvalitetnim Boxspring krevetima i TV-om. Odmarajte uz bazen 7,5 x 3,70 m namijenjen isključivo vama dok se djeca zabavljaju na trampolinu,ljuljačkama ili Nintendo konzoli. Veselimo se vašem dolasku.

Unser Haus verfügt über 3 im Jahr 2017 sanierte vollklimatisierte 4* Apartments, Pool und einen großen Gartenbereich den jeder nutzen kann. Bis zum Meer sind es 7 Gehminuten, in das Örtchen Ika 10 Gehminuten und in den Stadtkern von Lovran 15 Gehminuten. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die nächst größere Stadt, Opatija, erreicht man über Franz-Josef-Weg am Meer entlang in 6 km oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof.

Unser Apartment verfügt über ein stilvoll eingerichtetes 2 Schlafzimmer mit komfortablem Doppelbett, welches Ihnen eine erholsame Nachtruhe garantiert. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer ausziehbaren Couch ausgestattet, die zusätzlichen Schlafplatz für 2 Gäste bietet.

Prekrasna, novouređena vila površine 400 m2. Sastoji se od prostranog dnevnog boravka, kuhinje, 5 spavaćih soba (svaka opremljena vlastitom kupaonicom), prostorijom za zabavu (stolni tenis, stolni nogomet, pikado). U dvorištu je smješten prostrani bazen (32m2), veliki stol sa 10 stolica i roštilj. Vila je smještena na mirnom mjestu, udaljena 1,5 km od mora i centra grada. Parkirno mjesto je besplatno.
