This private, upper unit of a duplex sits perfectly on the border of Dana Point and San Clemente. Enjoy an ocean view from the balcony, as well as a large patio that's great for small gatherings. The spacious living room has a big screen tv and a wonderful gas fireplace that really sets the mood and ambiance for your beach vacation. A 3 min walk to beautiful Pines Park is the perfect place to watch the fabulous sunsets over the Pacific Ocean or to give your dog a bit of exercise. STR15-0264

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

Fees apply to the duration of your stay. A 24-hour notice is required. Our home is a short drive to Disneyland (10min), Knotts, Honda Center, Angel Stadium and the convention center.
