We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Rosewood is convenient to so much of Columbia - and our place is in a super-walkable location! Publix is about 2 blocks away, and there are quite a few restaurants (and a brewery) within walking distance. We're also quite convenient to Fort Jackson and MUSC. The street is quiet, and the entrance and parking for the bungalow are behind a 6-foot fence, so it offers great security too.
