Full kitchen, AC, bath and shower... Queen size bed and comfortable couch/bed for a third person. There is also a queen size air mattress in a cabinet if you need more sleeping space. Many guests bring a pet. Plenty of parking available on both sides of the street. Please leave driveways accessible.

We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more. We are minutes from world famous trails, 10 minutes from the river, and an hour from the ski slopes. There is just so much to do right outside of our doors!

Please note heat/air is controlled by main house. Host on site, keurig coffee, cable tv. 15 Min. from historic Folsom, 24 Min. from Golden One Center, 24 Min. from Old Town Auburn. Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.
