This home features an inviting bedroom and a spacious living area with ample natural light. You are minutes away from the 101, shopping, and local restaurants. Santa Maria is centrally located, just an hour from Santa Barbara and about 30 mins from San Luis Obispo, Solvang & Chumash Casino! Enjoy being close to beautiful beaches, hiking trails, golf courses & renowned wineries.

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.
