You will love this large, sunny 6 bedroom house overlooking the Orewa Estuary which also backs onto a large reserve that has one of the Coast's best skate parks. There is also an adorable little playhouse to keep the little one’s entertained. SKY, Netflix available too. With only 5 mins flat stroll to the beautiful safe swimming beach of Orewa and only 7 minutes flat walk to the many Bars, Restaurants and shops of Orewa Beach, you will rarely need to use the car. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed. We provide sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, but no breakfast food.
