The eco-friendly property was built in 2015. It accommodates 2 houses and provides; parking, its own private terrace and access to a large open garden. Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 min. à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Ancien mazot plein de charme, tant pour une familles, un couple ou entre amis! Situé à 1'600 mètres d'altitude, le long de la route du col de la Croix côté Diablerets, il est immergé en pleine montage. Depuis le chalet, accès direct au domaine de ski et aux randonnées de la région. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. En hiver, la route est fermée, l'accès se fait uniquement par la piste de luge. Il est très bien équipé. Bon repos, belles randos et jolis apéros garantis dans ce petit mazot!

Cosy apartment on the ground floor of a Swiss chalet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room and an entrance hall. There is a hot tub in the garden surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. If you are lucky you can see deer and chamois in the forest below, or even an eagle! TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED 😀 The ski bus stops next to the chalet, or 3 minute drive to Gryon telecabine car park. Free parking bay next to the chalet. NON-SMOKERS ONLY

Egal, ob als Paar für romantische Stunden, als kleine Familie oder als Gruppe von Freunden; unsere Wohnung, am Dorfplatz von Eischoll bietet Einiges: Sie ist zentral gelegen mit Volg nebenan, Wanderwege, Bike Trails und Skipisten um die Ecke und Ruhe pur in einem minimalistischen Ambiente (+ kleinem Spa-Bad mit Badebottich und begehbarer Dusche).

Chalet with a breath taking view in the Swiss Alps. Accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 people 1 bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed and you can sleep two in the living room. 49m2 apartment with 14m2 balcony really a great get away. Free wifi, tv, playground and parking that is located 400 meters from the chalet. All sheets and towels are included in the price. In the Winter we come and pick up your baggage with our snowmobile from the parking lot.

Piste de ski nocturne à 5 minutes à pied et 10 à 20 minutes en voiture des Domaines skiables de Leysin, Les Diablerets et Les Mosses. Une caution de CHF 300.- (espèce). Compris dans le prix de base sont: chauffage, électricité, nettoyage final.

Parfait pour couples. Pour plus de 2 pers sur demande. Il dispose d'une chambre (2 pers) et 1 espace ouvert sous la mezzanine avec TV et canapé-lit confortable.
