Our spacious Casita is tucked away in the heart of the thriving Northwest side of Tucson. It's within walking distance of the new Whole Foods and Safeway. Major shopping malls are no more than 10 minutes drive in any direction, and an unlimited number of restaurants are available to choose from. The 1000 square foot home is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house is extremely private, and has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cycling golf and hiking are close by.

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

Enjoy all of the comforts of home, relax in the beautiful, secluded, fully fenced in back yard with a private hot tub and pool. The dining area can seat up to 8, the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. There is a small and functional office area with a printer and paper, and a laundry room. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs, fast internet, high quality bedding and ceiling fans.

If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.

Well Equipped kitchen. The living room has 55 inches flat-screen Roku TV.WiFi. An electric fireplace for those cool desert evenings. Lots of wildlife. We are close to restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, the loop ( biking, running, walking) shopping, and grocery stores. No Pets.
