Beautiful hand crafted log house on six acres with a year-round creek. The home is 4175 square feet with 30 foot ceilings and a wrap-around deck with sitting areas. Near to Grass Valley, Nevada City, Yuba River one mile away. 3 lakes are within 20 minutes for fishing and swimming as well as hiking trails and beaches on the South Yuba River. The home has comfortable furniture, super soft beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The 4th bedroom suite extra fee or added with 9, 10 guest.

We love our Airbnb suite, and you will too! A bright room and relaxing spa await you on your private floor suite. You will enjoy your beautiful and airy bedroom with connected living and dining area, private bathroom, and small kitchenette. Step out your front door and into the hot tub overlooking a peaceful pond. You will enjoy the peace of Paradise but be only minutes away from Chico and many fun activities. Antique shopping, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Water sports, are all close by.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

This is a great home for entertaining. It features a hot tub, fenced backyard and large indoor gathering spaces. Rooms are great sized and all four rooms have king sized beds. House is located near the freeway and less than ten minutes from downtown, the hospital and both Upper Park and Lower Park. House has plenty of parking, with a large driveway and plenty of street parking.
