1 year old apt. 8 min walk from the Oslo S. Amazing view. Pier just outside the building and lots of great restaurants. Supermarked, pharmasi and vine store in the basement. Urban and lively, but at the same time secluded and a stone's throw from the water's edge. The best Oslo has to offer. Ongoing work at a new building direction Sørenga. Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.
