The beach house sleeps 20 persons with parking good for 10 cars! You can also swim with sea turtles spotted right in front of the property.

HSC is a secluded homestay on the South West Island of Cebu. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listed price is based on a 4-guest occupancy. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

The property is located in a family compound. It is between tourist town Moalboal and Badian. Big spacious lawn with mango trees and coconut trees around the property which gives a cool and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of activities. The room has ensuite bathroom, smart tv - Netflix ready and wifi. Mini fridge, toaster, kettle is provided as well as drinking water.

Our fully furnished studio apartment (48sqm) is on the Third Floor of a building located near the Silliman University campus, short walking distance from Port area and the famous Boulevard whilst Rollin' Pin coffee shop is on the ground floor.
