There are 3 apartments on each floor (no apartments in ground floor for rent.) So there are 6 apartments in the building. I rent these apartments for guests. The Apartments are 100 m2. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies.The maximum number of guests is 5 for one apartment. Perfect for long stays and ideal for families or single.
