Large villa with heatead pool in Vaxholm

Welcome to our lovely villa on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is situated high with a view and fantastic sunny position in the south-west. Quiet location on a small cul-de-sac. Enjoy the proximity to the sea, the heated pool (may to september) and the wood-burning sauna. Close to bathing spots, Vaxholm and Stockholm. Walking distance to a grocery store and to bus/boat stop for travel to Stockholm/Vaxholm/archipelago. Distance to Stockholm approx. 30 min by car or 45 min by bus.

Dunderbacken

”Dunderbacken” is a newly built house with good social spaces, modern kitchen, shower, toilet, washing machine and fast unlimited WiFi. Nearby there are nice rock baths in the sea and the area is surrounde with smal islands with birds and seals. Kayaks are for rent if you want to visit the islands. Our yard has direct connection to a larger nature reserve with untouched nature and swimming lakes as well as sea/harbour nearby. Note! Some parts of the closest yard is not completely finished.

Välkommen till idylliska Stora Timrarön i Stockholms norra skärgård! Upplev den vackra ön, bara 1,5 timme med Waxholmsbåt från Strömkajen i Stockholm sommartid (ca 3 timmar vintertid). Här bor du nära naturen med badstränder, klippor, fiske och spännande upptäcktsfärder i skogen – perfekt för både vila och äventyr. Med två generösa altaner med havsutsikt, perfekt för långa sommarkvällar. För den som vill njuta lite extra finns även en vedeldad badtunna med utsikt över naturen (väderberoende).

160kvm stilfullt hus med fyra sovrum, plus en gäststuga med en loftsäng. Köket är husets hjärta med högt i tak och dörrar som leder rakt ut till terassen och poolen. Tomten ligger högt belägen inbäddad av klippor och träd utan insyn från grannar. I närheten finns både fin badsjö(1km) och havsbad (1,5km) med beachvolleyboll. Även fotbollsplan, lekplats och tennis finns inom gångavstånd. Bussen för färd in mot Stockholm går 100m från dörren.

House in the Stockholm Archipelago

On our premises, we have a genuine village bakery house from the 18th century. Modern standard in a country style atmosphere, with a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping loft for two. Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. Lovely, old fashioned archipelago house

Beautiful, old fashioned archipelago home. The house has a lovely garden and a beach with a sauna nearby. This is a old archipelago home so there are no toilet and shower in the house but we have a cosy outhouse. Regarding the shower make sure to bring nature friendly soap and use the ocean as your shower. The perfect get away for the ones who seek a quiet and peaceful environment with friends, family or your partner.

Nybyggd studio med plats för 4 gäster. Sovalkov för två och stor bäddsoffa med plats för två. Wi-Fi finns. Fint kök med kylskåp och spis. Badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Egen ingång till mysig studio i markplan med delad tomt och sandstrand & 4,5x8 meters pool precis våningen. Egen parkering, grill, trädgårdsmöbler. Poolen öppen senast 15/5 och stänger tidigast 15/9.

Lovely summerhouse near Stockholm

This is the real Swedish way – a summerhouse, only an hour by car from Stockholm, but still in the middle of nowhere. A great place to go running, to paint, go for walks in the forest, go swimming or fishing, read or write, watch movies. Or just to relax. A big yard, your own dock by the lake and a rowing boat is included. Sweden is fantastic and so is this place!
