Perfect location by the sea

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Villa Hav & Hygge is a modern house located in the charming Österlen "the Swedish Provence". This is a place where loved ones come to spend time together, away from demands and daily stress, enjoying each others company. It's a place place where each season is celebrated in a memorable way with friends and family. The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

Stylish Swedish farmhouse

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Glamping Nedrabygård

Bo lyxigt mitt i naturen i ett stort tält med sköna sängar. Njut av naturens ljud och vakna till fågelkvitter. Vi har en av de vackraste platserna längst med nybroån. Backar, dalar, vatten som porlar, får och lamm till grannar, linderödsgrisar runt husknuten. Laga mat i ett supermysigt utekök med bar. Här finns grill, kyl, frys, utedusch, fräscha toaletter, helt enkelt det mesta du behöver för att kunna bo och trivas här flera dagar. Här finns två tält så boka gärna tillsammans med vänner

Ekohuset på Ekorrbo - Österlen

Njut av vackra Österlen i Ekohuset på Ekorrbo. Här bor du enskilt och insynsskyddat, omgiven av träd och med utsikt över de böljande skånska landskapet strax söder om Rörum. Familjevänligt boende med dubbelsäng i sovalkov och fyra sängar uppe på det rymliga sovloftet. Öppet i nock över kök och allrum. Helkaklat badrum med golvvärme och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Ett fantasktiskt boende precis vid sandstranden på det vackra fiskeläget, Brantevik. Om harmoni och lugn ska placeras på ett ställe så är det här. Här väntar fantastiska promenad- och cykelvägar precis utanför dörren. Tar du dig söderut så får du uppleva det genuina Brantevik som övergår i det vackra "Grönet" som bjuder både på härliga bad vid klipphällar eller lugna, rofyllda promenader längs havet. Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Bo i egen lägenhet i en av längorna i en fyrlängad skånegård mitt i Brösarp "porten till Österlen". Omedelbar närhet till byns alla bekvämligheter. Här bor du bra i två rum och kök med toalett och duschrum. Möjlighet till 2 extrasängar finns, alltså totalt 6 sängplatser. Sängarna står bäddade när ni kommer, både lakan och handdukar ingår! Idyllisk för dig som vill uppleva fantastisk natur då du kan njuta av trädgården med porlande bäck och betande får på de omgivande kullarna.

Österlen's paradis i skogen

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

Welcome to Österlen and this beautiful house called Bengta Per Lars Torp, named after the people who lived here during 18th century. This house is the perfect spot to explore Österlen and at the same time find peace and quiet during your stay. The house has a spacious kitchen for cooking and living area with a cosy fireplace. Outside you can enjoy the private garden with direct access to the lush forest and the serenity of nature.

Charming apartment in an old farm on Österlen

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.

Välutrustat hus med mycket sociala ytor. Passar utmärkt för 2 familjer då gästhuset har eget badrum. Stor trädgård med en total tomtyta på över 2000 kvm. 100 kvm stort altandäck runt halva huset. Utmärkt för barnfamiljer då vi själva har 4. Ca 600 m till väldigt fin sandstrand. Huset är ett nollenergihus då solceller producerar el motsvarande årsförbrukningen.

Kyhlsro is the name of this architect-designed house that was completed in 2024. A hide away for physical and mental rest and recreation that invites you amusement, play, desire and creativity. Beautiful, modern and functional is the theme of this oasis. Kyhls beach is only a 200 meter walk via scenic paths, the beach is wide with the finest white sand.
