Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). Our little village next to the Havel river presents a traditional setting. There`s a local pub providing good old traditional german food, beer and spirits. The international dark sky association has certified the Naturpark Westhavelland around Gülper See as Star Park for optimum Sky watching besides Bird watching as our main attraction. Our spacious and warmly furbished former brick- farmhouse gives space and atmosphere for relaxation as source of energy.

My mini-loft is near these sights: Gendarmenmarkt with the Berlin Concert House, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Tiergarten, Unter den Linden, Museum Island, Schloßplatz, the TV tower, etc. - in the middle of Berlin. And this, among other things, is the special: sophisticated furnishing, dreamy view (including fantastic sunsets), short distance to the highlights or the office, high standard of security - simply everything to make you feel well.
