Upper Mountain Cottage

Upper Mountain Cottage is a semi-detached portion of mountain house in a hectare of mature garden and fynbos. Its natural materials such as sundried earth walls, timber from onsite, and green roof respond to the nearby mountains. Natural swimmable ponds, provide an oasis for birds and wildlife. The living and kitchen spaces open onto stoeps with a choice of sunshine or shade, garden or sea views. Guests have seasonal access to the swimmable reservoir ponds and year long access to the gardens .

The house has beautiful mountain and sea views from both the lower and top deck, with seating on the top deck that is ideal for sundowners. This beach house is a large families dream (It's even perfect for two families sharing). With two kitchens , two lounge areas, and two braai areas there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.

BushBaby Cabin

BushBaby Cabin is perfect for a romantic get-away. A log cabin beautifully nestled in the milkwood forest, just 20mins from Hermanus - secluded from the busyness of life. Situated by the Botriver lagoon, with a private path for access, this hidden gem brings you to nature's doorstep. Look out for the roaming wild horses and a variety of bird-life. BushBaby is in Meerenbosch with communal pool, tennis courts and table tennis access. Ideal to catch summer sun or a warm, cozy fire in winter.

Villa Mavi ! Family Beach House that has it all !

Villa Mavi is a relaxing holiday home situated in the Langezandt security estate in Struisbaai. The house can accommodate 12 guests and is a 5 min stroll to the beach. Designed for inside/outside living the house opens up to the courtyard with an amazing pergola braai area with seating for the whole family. The house has been furnished with the finest new bedding and linen and the state of the art kitchen is well equipped. The house also boasts a separate cottage away from the main house.

The Glen Cottage

Come relax and explore the beautiful winelands from The Glen Cottage, tucked away in a secluded blue gum tree glen at the foot of the Helderberg with stunning views towards Gordons Bay. Enjoy the tranquility of The Glen Cottage with your own separate entrance, secure parking, private entertainment / barbecue patio and fully equipped cottage. PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is on one level, but an outdoor staircase with 14 steps will lead you from the parking area to the cottage (see photos).

Saffron Place is a spacious 2 bedroom self-catering apartment with an open-plan living area leading to a large patio on the first floor. The house is equipped with a solar battery inverter! Carina has both sea and expansive mountain views and is a short walk to the main swimming beach. With white-washed beachy décor, nearly every window is a picture as the house looks out to the incredible mountains around Pringle Bay.

This is a modern classic family beach house, with ample private and communal space for large groups or families. Situated on the sea side of Clarence drive, the front of the house opens up to a mini-reserve of fynbos, birds and small wildlife which stretches down to the wild and rocky shore. The large property offers space and privacy, and includes a natural mountain water swimming pool for refreshing dips. You may meet the odd frog there.

'Next level'- a flatlet with sea views

This flatlet is called 'Next Level' as going up just one level makes those sea and mountain views even more delightful. With the Kleinmond mountains as a backdrop and the rolling ocean literally on your doorstep, whales and dolphins can be spotted right from the deck. Kleinmond is a gateway to the Garden Route and to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Western Cape, as well as being a hikers paradise and a golfers dream.
