The log cabin is situated in a bird sanctuary on the outskirts of Stanford overlooking the Klein Rivier It is raised on stilts allowing for one of a kind views of beautiful wetlands, mountain ranges and surroundings. As rainfall throughout the year isn't consistent the water levels change at will. This means that you will either have a massive body of water enabling you to use the canoe or peddle boat or a dried up pan perfect for walks to the river. Breathe in the sea air, relax, and walk on the beach every morning and sunset. Visit Middlevlei Reserve for hiking, birdwatching, and some seaside peace and quiet.

This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests and has a private woodfire hot tub next to the patio. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any pets. The working farm has sheep roaming around and also 3 big farm dogs.
