It's close to many lakeside rentals and wedding venues (Emerson Park Pavilion, Springside Inn, Owasco CC and more). It features a pleasant outdoor seating area with a table and fire pit.

Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.
