Overlooking the historic St Peters church they have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom with a private ensuite wet room. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living room, breakfast bar and desk.

Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Beautiful 60ft traditional narrow boat on the river, 240v is only available when the engine is running. We have wifi and external cctv. It is clean, warm, safe and has a chemical boat loo. The beds are all very comfortable and consist of one main double & bunk and one sofa bed, all in separate rooms. The boat is mainly on the river and we have a wide plank for access, making the boat unsuitable for wheelchairs, elderly or infirm. The boat has been on Inspector Lewis. The boat is NOT a hotel.

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned.
