It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Hang out in the hammock as nature lulls you to sleep. Slip into the relaxing hot tub, a great way to start or end the day!

However the owner will respect your privacy and will not bother you. You have free access to walk, roam, hit golf balls and let your pets run.
