This cottage's loft apartment is located a block away from Historic Walnut Street and is 1 mile from MSU, Drury University, Evangel University, and Springfield Expo Center. With many restaurants in the area and minutes away from downtown nightlife, this is a fantastic location only 5 minutes to Highway 65 or less than 10 minutes to I-44. With WiFi, washer/dryer, Roku TV with Netflix, all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and a Ninja coffee maker, you will have all the amenities you need!

Over 1500 sq. feet, this 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located one block off Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious primary bathroom, half bath and laundry area. We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

This apartment is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant's around "Mary Jane Burgers & Brew" on the Downtown Historic Square.

This downtown 1910 loft is in the heart of Pittsburg and close to everything. Walkable to most bars and restaurants and you can hit up the local coffee shops in the morning. There is a meat market across the street and a brewery. Private onsite, well-lit parking in the back of the property, a private deck and front views of Broadway. This loft is 1,600 sq. ft and sleeps 4 comfortably and has room for a few more on the large sectional in the living room and the couch in the lodge room.
