This cottage's loft apartment is located a block away from Historic Walnut Street and is 1 mile from MSU, Drury University, Evangel University, and Springfield Expo Center. With many restaurants in the area and minutes away from downtown nightlife, this is a fantastic location only 5 minutes to Highway 65 or less than 10 minutes to I-44. We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. There is a meat market across the street and a brewery. Private onsite, well-lit parking in the back of the property, a private deck and front views of Broadway. This loft is 1,600 sq. ft and sleeps 4 comfortably and has room for a few more on the large sectional in the living room and the couch in the lodge room.
