Take advantage of the well-appointed desk and open floor plan of this roost. (please note bikes have a rental fee of $25 per bike) This spacious & private studio is perfect for solo adventurers, business travel, couples and friends. -kitchen , full refrigerator, microwave and cooktop -coffee maker / toaster -full bathroom w/tub & shower essentials. Apple TV - Netflix & Amazon. Wifi access with password. There is always free street parking with no restrictions and no street sweeping hours + driveway parking Guest house studio free unrestricted street parking 2 beach cruiser bikes & helmets I live in the back house but like to give guest as much privacy and space as possible. (bike rental fee $25 per bike ) Garnet Ave. south on Lamont - 1/2 mile with restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.

1 Bedroom, 1 block to the bay, 6 blocks to the waves, walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. Rental has everything you need to pack light (beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, professionally cleaned rental, etc.) I am an Airbnb Superhost that has hosted over 300+ vacations, I have a 5 star rating, and have never cancelled a booking. This is a must see! Please note that parking is NOT available, but there is free street parking.
