As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

It is a solid example of old Oregon, built in 1915 of spruce logged on the site and up the hill nearby ---it is one bedroom -one bath. It sleeps two one king and the apartment we rent is on the first floor. Please realize we live in the upstairs of the house and there are people around, however it's quiet and rural bring your bike, kayak (you can put in right in front) or book. Dogs need to be interviewed. Thanks
