The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

"River Chalet" Riverfront Home with Dock & Hot Tub

The "River Chalet" is a beautiful remodeled fisherman's cottage from 1931 that sits on the banks of the Big Nestucca River in Pacific City. Just a short walk to the beach and nestled in the heart of Pacific City's eclectic "downtown" its the perfect place to slow down and recharge. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river and walk across the street to get your coffee and scone at the "Grateful Bread" bakery. Launch your kayaks/SUP's from the large dock in the front yard for a sunset paddle!

Storm Watch lodge

High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The original timbers, natural wood walls and original flooring creates the environment to just breathe. We respect our neighbors and follow the Airbnb no parties policy.

Surfline Loft, A-Frame Cabin in Netarts

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. Located on a quiet dead end street with beautiful views, and your own boat dock on a canal connecting to the Nestucca River. Kayak and Paddleboard from your backyard, roast mallows around the fire pit, BBQ, and relax away from the busy cookie cutter corporate places in town. Deer are on the property daily, and Eagles overhead. Short walk to restaurants, bar, river, and beach. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, new TV, wifi, large great room, and wraparound deck for a relaxing stay.

Coho Cottage-Pups OK- Hot tub- 5 min walk to beach

The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious with hot tub. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

Coats Cottage

Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Welcome to River Rest on the beautiful Nestucca River! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or couples who want to relax on the river. The backyard is the river, so sit back and enjoy the view. Bring your own watercraft to launch off of our dock, or use the double kayak or canoe that is available. We are quick walk to the beach, too.
