This modern furnished beach cottage (2BR, 1 BA) is the perfect spot if you are looking for walks on white sandy beaches or a quiet time after a day in the waves. The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river and walk across the street to get your coffee and scone at the "Grateful Bread" bakery. Launch your kayaks/SUP's from the large dock in the front yard for a sunset paddle!

High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.
