The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed/ full bath in the master room, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with shared full bath. Maximum occupancy-5 persons. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea.
