Nalazi se u prizemlju te ima privatni ulaz. Prostrano dvorište je idealno za druženje dok uživate u zalascima sunca u jacuzzi-ju i promatrate najmlađe članove dok slobodno uživaju u igri u dvorištu. Očarat će vas predivni pogled na more i obližnje otoke. Do Zadra vam treba oko 30 minuta vožnje.

This unique villa is located near to the beach and city center. This is a perfect place to spend unforgettable holiday with your family and friends. Our guests can relax in private sauna and jacuzzi. The complete villa is air-conditioned. The villa consist of three bedrooms , and one bedroom has its own bathroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen. Our property is 30-minutedrive from the airport and a 15-minute drive from Zadar. Our guests have free WIFI, parking place and grill.

The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
